I specialize in working with clients beginning at age 11 through adulthood. I work with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health. I have extensive knowledge of substance use evaluations and have completed these for the Department of Corrections, the military, District and Municipal Courts and the county detention centers.

I specialize in areas of depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress management, trauma, abuse dissociation and life transition issues. I completed Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) training and can use EMDR to treat a wide variety of issues, including symptoms of trauma, complex trauma, dissociation.

I am a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping others. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University in 2017 and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University in 2007.

Charlee is our part-time office pup and full-time Yorkie Poo supervisor. She prefers to patrol the room from the comfort of her bed, keeping a watchful eye on all the goings-on (especially treat deliveries). A devoted Swiftie, Charlee brings a little sparkle and a lot of sass to every shift. Don’t be surprised if you catch her tail wagging to Shake It Off! 🐾🎶💼
